But I have some pretty good advice
to make this dish delicous at half the price

By adding something perhaps Oriental but a bit more experimental
Now don't you go getting all sentimental

I'm not talking dogs or cats

Something more delicate, I'm thinking head lice
with maybe just a dash of allspice

Or cockroaches flambéed in Grandpa's best brandy and a dollop of cream
Could perhaps become a connoisseur's dream

Please don't stop me I'm getting carried away

A boomslang, a mamba, a rinkals could be dangerous
They are after all rather poisonous

But what about rain spiders or bobbejaan spinnekoppe
Gently sautéed with soetpatats and viskoppe

They could be good fare
